Dovetail Cavity Slide Section and Ordering Instructions

Each slide is defined by the model number, which consists of a maximum of six code symbols and an accessory description.

Dovetail slides are identified by the first five code symbols. The first symbol determines the section and model width of the slide. The second symbol identifies the saddle length. The third symbol identifies the base length and the fourth identifies the way surface. The fifth symbol identifies the type of slide drive. The sixth symbol refers to the travel and the last symbol specifies accessories.

 

‡Specify saddle length, base length and travel in inches.
°Specify scraped way surface for all ball screw and cylinder powered slides.
†Specify maximum traverse rate for ball screw slides.
(saddle in i.p.m. or ball screw r.p.m.)
